What if I need to cancel a cleaning appointment?
Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice for no additional charge. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a $40 cancellation fee to compensate the cleaning staff for the lost work opportunity. In case of unforeseen emergencies or serious situations, appointments can be rescheduled for a later time at no additional charge.
Recurring appointments cancelled before the second visit, will incur a $69 fee to offset the cost of the recurring appointment plan discount. Repeat cancellations will result in a $40 cancellation fee and loss of future service discounts.
